I have fully serviced my vehicle, but I don't have the service book - what do I do?
It's important that you let the assistant know what documents you have for proof as this can affect the accuracy of the quote for your vehicle. We are able to accept invoices for services as proof of completion, but if you don't have them then you should get in touch with the dealerships/garages used and request them for your vehicle.
My vehicle does not run, can I still sell it to you?

What happens if I haven't got the vehicle V5 (logbook)?
Not to worry. Even though we won't be able to complete the deal, we can agree to a deal in principle while you apply for a replacement V5 from the DVLA. We will be more than happy to help you do this if necessary.
